Jebadiah 9B v2.1 (T1e) is an open-weights decision model from frontier-infra, released October 2026. Its published size is 9.653B parameters. Licence: apache-2.0.

Catalogue identity notes

Exact Decision Index 0.4.1 text-board engine jebadiah-9b-v2.1-t1e. Produces probabilities over supplied choices, not conversational text. Only public per-benchmark results are used; no Full index, private scores or latency is treated as an ability measurement. Model and runtime documentation reviewed 2026-10-31; no fresh hardware execution. T1e uses repeated payloads, forward/reverse choice scoring with threshold 0.7, and the shipped calibration. Standard-read Ollama/GGUF/MLX does not reproduce these scores; no such variant is attached.

Each result implies a score on its own, after adjusting for how hard its test is and who ran it. The score is their weighted average, with a small pull toward the middle for thinly tested models. Each test's weight is its counts column above; here it's added up by who ran the tests. How it works
