IF-M is an open-weights image model from DeepFloyd, released April 2023. Its published size is 0.4B parameters. Licence: deepfloyd-if-license.

Catalogue identity notes

DeepFloyd/IF-I-M-v1.0 (400M) with IF-II-M-v1.0 (450M) per the DeepFloyd IF model zoo. Memory estimate: the IF README states the whole pipeline runs with model CPU offload in as little as 14 GB VRAM (T5-XXL text encoder dominates); gated licence acceptance required.

Each result implies a score on its own, after adjusting for how hard its test is and who ran it. The score is their weighted average, with a small pull toward the middle for thinly tested models. Each test's weight is its counts column above; here it's added up by who ran the tests. How it works
